By using the Yourhitsok.com online recording service, you (the customer) agree that you understand and are bound by the following terms of service:

Turnaround time:

You should expect to get a preview of the tracks we’ve recorded within one or two weeks from order completion or receiving your modifications request. Then, please allow additional 12-48 hours for us to upload the tracks to our servers for you to download.

If you have a specific deadline, please call us at 918-645-9888 and upon availability we will expedite the process.

If your order is missing important information, we will notify you.

If you are using our music production service, please allow 4 business days for each step in the production. A full demo production will take about a two weeks, depending on your response time, modifications, and other projects ahead of yours.

In some very rare cases, we reserve the right to extend our turnaround time.

As shown on the “Services” page, if your song is not set to a click track or timed well in some other manner, their will be an extra cost for us to set that up.

Modifications:

We usually charge only $25 for your suggested modifications. However, we reserve the right to ask more if the request requires a lot of work from our end.

Shipping a CD by snail mail:

Shipping a CD might take up to 14 days if you live outside of the U.S. However, if you do live in the US, you should expect to receive your CD with 2-7 business days from your approval date.

Responsibility:

Yourhitsok.com is not responsible for loss or damages caused by using its services.

The customer agrees to refrain from any legal action against Lighthouse Music Productions and its assets due to any damages or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from the customer’s use of our recording, tracking, mixing, editing, mastering or consulting services.

Yourhitsok.com reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion and/or terminate service at any time.
